What Are your opening hours
Our opening hours are from 8.00am - 3.00pm
Are our staff qualified and DBS checked?
All staff are qualified with level 3 qualifications or higher. All staff are DBS checked and continue to expand their knowledge and qualifications with relevant training courses and refreshers.
What meals and snacks do we provide?
We provide snack for children during their session. We have a healthy variety of foods such as fruit, vegetables, rice cakes and yogurts. The menu is available on the parents notice board. Lunch is not provided on site. A packed lunch will need to be provided.
What's your policy on illness and medicine?
An exclusion period of 48hrs is required after any bout of sickness and diarrhea. Medicines proscribed by a doctor only and clearly labeled will be administered.
How do we communicate effectively with parents?
We use the app Class dojo to communicate with our parents and carers. The app provides updates of your child and their progress along with any other information about the running of the group.
How do you involve parents in their child's learning?
We use the class dojo to involve parents in their child's learning. Worksheets are provided and we send home reading books for you to enjoy and comment on.
